We had the best time staying at Laura's place and didn't want to leave - the location is amazing, ideal for exploring everything Perth has to offer! We felt so at home, we spent most evenings outside in the gorgeous garden area plus the space is so cosy inside and was perfect for our family of 4 - our two girls absolutely loved their room! There are lots of homely touches and it is super well equipped; we had everything we needed and more. Laura was a great host and I even managed to get my hair cut through a recommendation from Laura - thanks so much! We'd love to come back soon, thanks again, Lucy

This is definitely one of the best place I've stayed at and Laura is one of the best host ever. She is responsive, has great initiative and goes all out to ensure our stay was comfortable. The place has been nicely renovated with modern furnishings and the view is amazing. Parking is convenient. Large space and huge TV (useful with kids). Will definitely return.

For my wife and I, this was our first visit to Western Australia. Laura’s place was our second Airbnb in Perth and we enjoyed it the most. Though the building was not new, inside the flat, everything was new. Little touches like phone charging pads in the bedroom were very helpful. The kitchen had all the items we needed for our cooking. We would come again and we would recommend Laura’s place to our friends. Thank you Laura.

Laura is a beautiful host. This was my very first air bnb & didnt know what to expect but the place was exactly how it was described. We just spent a wonderful week at The Loft. The unit is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking cleaning and comfort. Laura was an excellent host with great communication. The beach is just across the road and the Scarborough shops and restaurants are walking distance. Unbelievable view of the sunset from the lounge room.

The best AirBnB we've ever stayed at. Everything was perfect from the time we booked this place until we checked out. Laura was very responsive and accepted our last minute booking. The house is amazing with all necessary amenities and good amount of supplies. It was spacious and full of natural light. We really enjoyed our stay and had a very calming and relaxing weekend. There's no room for improvement or feedback - everything gets a 5 star. Will definitely be back. Thanks Laura!

Die Unterkunft war für uns das Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes in Perth. Die Lage war mit baby ideal und Laura war so super hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Der Pool war zu der Zeit zu der wir da waren im Umbau, aber Laura hat proaktiv angeboten uns den den Pool vom Nachbarhaus zu zeigen und zu nutzen.

This is truly one of my favorite places, and it was my second time staying here. The beach is right in front of the apartment, and you can reach Scarborough Beach in about a 5-minute walk. The space is very roomy and incredibly clean. There are two bedrooms, so it can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The kitchen is well equipped, even with a professional-style espresso machine, so making a homemade latte is super easy. The highlight of this place is the sunset you can see through the large windows. It’s absolutely beautiful, and watching the sunset from the sofa is simply unforgettable.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s apartment and would happily return. Laura was a wonderful host, very responsive, she was able to accommodate an early check in and we were able to communicate with her throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — perfectly positioned with beautiful ocean views that made mornings and evenings extra special. Everything you need is within easy walking distance, including the supermarket, great cafés, and a variety of restaurants, which made the whole trip so convenient and relaxing. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and very well appointed. It had everything we could possibly need, from tea and coffee to washing detergent and other thoughtful supplies that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a stunning coastal outlook.
