Our stay at Laura’s place was perfect for my family of 5. Laura’s home was new and spacious and very well maintained. We loved how clean it was and how thoughtful the amenities provided were. Laura was proactive, very responsive and friendly in her communication and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Instructions on check-in and check-out were clear and the place was easy to find as well. It was one of the best AirBnBs we’ve stayed in and we’ll definitely be recommending her place to our friends visiting Perth!

Laura’s place was everything and more! A group of 6 women staying in Perth for the first time for a work conference and we couldn’t be happier with this apartment. The location is 10/10 - extremely close to the beautiful Scarborough beach, as well as local cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Laura was extremely warm and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment!

Our stay at Laura's AirBnB was wonderful. She has thought of everything - charging cubes next to every bed, essentials in the kitchen, and even had a high chair for our little one. My family and I have done many airbnb's across Perth and this was by far our favourite. The location is also perfect. It's right across the road from the beach and Scarborough pool, and is 2 minute walk to Coles and local cafes/chemist etc.
Highly recommend! We'll definitely be staying there on our next visit!

Perfect! A beautifully set-up place for a home-away-from-home stay, with a lovely host. Doubleview is so named due to the twin views of the beach and the city: a great locale between surf and city —and this place was a real gem! A private little oasis to relax between trips to the beach or city. Loved being 5 mins from Scarborough by car, but away from the hubbub. You can walk 2 mins around the corner for milk, bread, fresh fruit, veggies, meat coffee and danish for brekky and there is an even a boutique beer and wine shop with mostly WA products too. As for the house itself, it was perfect for my kids and I. The kids room with the bunk would sleep 3 kids if two share the double. Laura has thought of everything! From the gorgeous linen and comfy beds, to little things like the various lamps, to the BBQ in the gorgeous courtyard. I cooked like a king for the kids, and on Sunday for my aunt. She thought the place was lovely too, and that lady is hard to please. Left feeling refreshed!

We arrived at the property after dark but Lauras clear instructions with photos, made it nice and easy to park in under covered car park and make our way to the apartment. Keypad access, made accessing the property quick and easy.
Apartment is cosy and well laid out for the space available. Beautiful courtyard area to enhance the space. Rooms were clean and tidy, with beautiful linen provided and additional blankets due to the cooler temperatures in Perth.
Apartment had all the amenities we required for our weekend in Perth and well presented with all the little touches made to the space, to make it feel welcoming and comfortable.
It was close to supermarket, cafes and restaurants and a quick drive into Perth, beach, shopping and surrounding attractions.
Laura was very responsive and clear with all instructions, making even checkout simple and easy.

Our stay here was above all expectations, it was so clean, smelt amazing walking through the door, beautiful furniture, bedding and beds so comfortable. Laura has definitely thought of it all, to providing a bottle of wine and snack on arrival to have staples available in cupboard such as salt, pepper, oil, paper towel & a bag of ice for drinks and much much more. I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed with this place. 10/10 rating from our family, one of the nicest Air BnB’s we’ve stayed and a 10/10 host. Thank you Laura.

Our second stay and another great one. Laura again so helpful and friendly, the apartment super comfortable, quiet, bright, airy and a lovely outside space. Nice bar just a short walk away. Highly recommend.

As promised, Laura’s place was comfy and cozy! Strolling distance to local cafes, Scarborough Beach Road shuttle makes both bus and train travel simple and convenient, and nearby Scarborough Beach offers something for everyone - from playgrounds to bowling, skateparks to bars!
